Libby Minihan

Libby Minihan is the founder and Managing Director of Encourage Consulting, a strategic management, leadership & team development specialist with a pragmatic approach and a strong commercial focus. She has proven experience in designing impactful development interventions which deliver results. Libby is an empathetic yet challenging facilitator & coach with the ability to inspire trust even in the most skeptical. Before founding Encourage Libby worked for PepsiCo, starting in their £1.5 billion, 5500 employee UK operation before moving to the European Division. She started her career as an HR generalist and progressed through a series of increasingly more senior HR roles. Driven by her passion for people and their development she decided to move into learning and development.

For the last 7 years Libby has worked with a variety of clients on a range of exciting projects bringing her expertise to individuals and organisations enabling them to:
